*Not a paid review* I waited a few months to leave a review, since I wanted to be sure there were no leaks, etc. Topco was top-quality, from customer service to installation. We have an awkward sized shower, so it had to be a custom size. We were expecting to pay a premium due to this, but Topco was actually very budget friendly in comparison to other options. We went with an Onyx shower with a custom shower pan. I believe we chose Carrera (?) as our color. They had someone come out to measure before quoting and he answered any and all questions we had about their products and services. The materials we chose had a bit of a waiting period for procurement, but it was WORTH it. (very easy to clean and it looks amazing) Demo and installation took 2 days. The owner came out and made sure all was going well a few times through the process. Dakota and Sam (if I'm wrong, I hope this gets corrected) were very respectful of our home. They showed great professionalism and housekeeping throughout the install. Like I said initially, its been a few months and we love the shower. There were no leaks, its super easy to clean, and it is beautiful. Jim, the owner, has followed up to make sure we are happy with everything and we will definitely be using Topco for all our future shower and countertop needs. I cannot recommend them enough! Called to get a counter templated for solid surface.  100% ready to buy, just come measure and close the sale... very easy.  Got a person who was just answering the phone and taking info.  Part of that was asking a ton of canned questions, many of which had nothing to do with what I needed.  He said some one would call me. Called back later that afternoon... he said no one was available today in the store but someone would probably call me back next week.  It's Tuesday.... Great experience with Topco. Friendly staff from the time we first came in to look at options, etc all the way to the measuring staff and installation crew. Great communication all along the way even when they had to reschedule us due to a manufacturing issue (thank you for catching the problem prior to installation!).
